Why Should You Choose Us?

Well, for starters, pressure washing, pressure cleaning, power washing, whatever you choose to call it, is our specialty. We've been at it for over 22 years and I can tell you that a pressure washing machine is only one part of the entire cleaning process. Plain old water just isn't going to cut it. Hard water in Florida will streak up windows so fast, it'll make your head spin. I have also learned that in order to get award winning results, a contractor can't just rely on cleaning agents found in box stores that are watered down for consumer safety reasons. To achieve consistent, superior results, one must have a professional grade cleaning agents.
1. Housewash to loosen and remove dirt and grime from birds, squirrels, frogs, lizards, lawn care and fertilizer guys so that your paint looks like new and your windows and glass doors look like they were buffed out. No need to squeegee!2. Mildewcide to penetrate, kill and sanitize mold prone areas and other organic stains around windows, doors, pavers, even the outdoor ceilings of your front entrance and covered lanai areas. Your entire home is sanitized.3. Rust and Stain Remover to remove fertilizer, rust and water stains from your paint and concrete areas without damage to your plants, paint and glass. A proprietary concentrate that allows me to adjust its strength for different surfaces and deeper stains.4. Gutter Cleaner to remove the black oil streaks and gray dinginess from your expensive gutters without harming the powder coating which means it must be gentle.5. High Volume Pressure Washing Machine with enough water volume so I can use much less pressure to clean but more importantly, it supplies more water than smaller machines to more thoroughly rinse your home without damage.6. Specialty Brushes to clean streaks from your gutters and to remove cobwebs and mud dauber nests from your outdoor drywall ceilings areas and around windows and doors where high pressure cannot be used.
*If your contractor shows up with anything less, then you are simply risking high pressure damage for inferior results.
Most contract cleaners think that "high pressure" is all they need to clean. The main problem with cleaning with plain water is that it does nothing to kill or inhibit the regrowth of mold and mildew. Plain water will not remove most stains. Nor will it remove musty odors or sanitize the damp, moldy surfaces around your home. A deeper cleaning makes it difficult for mold to return and start growing again. When cleaning with just plain water, you can expect mold to come back in 2 to 3 months, even if you clean with hot water. We've had many customers tell us that when we clean, it stays clean almost twice as long as other contract cleaners. Part of this is because without killing the mold beforehand, pressure washing with plain water simply atomizes and scatters mold particles and spores all around the area you're cleaning. So, a simple deck cleaning can spread mold onto everything inside the pool cage including the cage frame, your furniture, drywall ceilings, even your screens and windows where it begins its comeback. Using plain water also won't remove rust, fertilizer or plant stains from your walls, pool deck, driveway and sidewalks. The truth is, a pressure washing machine can only clean so deep. At a microscopic level, surfaces can look like valleys, caves and tunnels and while you may be removing surface dirt and stains, you are also pushing some of that dirt and grime even deeper into those pores. Once high pressure has done all it can do, raising the pressure any further will only begin to degrade the surface, so it is important to have a cleaning agent with high performance surfactants to provide an even deeper, more thorough cleaning than pressure washing alone. Our professional grade housewash contains super surfactants that allow it to penetrate into a stain, break their chemical bond and lift the dirt particles off your walls, glass and deck. The "rinse" then sweeps the dirt away with much less pressure. Less pressure means less chance of damage to your walls, soffits, windows and less overspray on your patio furniture, sliding glass doors and walls. These cleaning agents are so important, I won't even do a job without them. That's why anyone you hire must know more than just how to operate a pressure washing machine.
So, when someone shows up with only a pressure washing machine, don't expect a top-level cleaning. If their method of reducing pressure around windows, doors and soffits is to move their wand further away from the surface to "lower" the pressure to prevent damaging your home, they cannot possibly clean your home properly from 2 to 3 feet away. This is completely unacceptable. Cleaning around your windows and doors requires very low pressure, streak-free cleaners for the glass and hand scrubbing with special brushes to remove mud dauber nests, webs and insect debris from the window sills and frame. That's why we have a "process". We follow a routine procedure to ensure consistent results and attention to detail on every home, every time. That's why some of our customers have been with us over 15 years. Just about every contract cleaner I've ever met is amazed that we have over 1,200 repeat customers. They don't understand that our goal is to keep every customer we ever get by being so good that our customers refuse to use anyone else. If you have to constantly advertise for new customers because you're not getting any referrals, then something's wrong. We don't advertise, except for this website, which is really set up so that repeat customers and their referrals can find us.
Soft Washing Is All We've Ever Offered
"Soft washing" is a term used to describe a method of cleaning that uses a higher volume of water with a lower amount of pressure. Not everyone can offer "soft washing" because "large volume pumps" are more expensive than "high pressure pumps". A larger water volume output means more soap can be applied and a more thorough rinsing, which means a better cleaning. The biggest drawbacks of using smaller machines is that they put out less water and soap and take longer to rinse. Rinsing soap off your windows and walls before Florida's hot sun dries it is very important if you want to avoid streaks and damage. A good analogy is like pushing water through a soda straw versus a fire hose. Because of the inefficiencies of smaller machines, operators often increase the strength of their chemicals (which is a bad idea) and try to rinse faster or quicker (also bad). Newbies and splash-n-dashers often apply both of these tactics, but with their lack of experience this can dramatically increase the possibility of oxidizing your paint, leaving mineral streaks on your glass or affecting your landscaping. Your home is no place for them to learn.
The fact is, we actually live in the moldiest state in America and there's nothing that kills mold and sanitizes your home's surfaces better than bleach. Our housewash solution only contains 5 to 10% bleach because it is designed to work with bleach so that less bleach is required to do the same job. And because some waters are so "hard" that they leave streaks on your glass doors and windows no matter what you do, our housewash also contains chelating agents so that your windows and glass are streak free. There is no need to squeegee or wipe them down. Just let them dry streak free. And as we mentioned earlier, it contains super surfactants so that it cleans deeper than bleach or pressure washing alone and it contains NO phosphates, so it won't affect the chemicals in your pool. Our housewash cannot be purchased from Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hardware or even online. Our housewash was specifically formulated here in Tampa and tested to clean homes in Florida's humid and mold-prone climate. And even though I've been using it for over 20 years, my customers are still amazed by it today.
So, What Can You Expect?
You mean, besides smiling, ear to ear? Well, with Scrubbing Bubbles, you can expect superior work quality at reasonable prices. Customers keep telling us that we are a "premium" service compared to others and that we are actually more like a home detailing service than pressure washing business. Your gutters, soffits, window frames and pool cages will be as white as possible, your windows look like they were buffed out and your paint and concrete areas will look like new again. We want your friends, your neighbors and anyone else who comes to visit you to be flabbergasted at how impeccably clean you keep your home.
Your home's walls, your pool deck, driveway and sidewalks will be pre-treated for rust and water stains as well as the green mold stains that pressure washing can't remove. Windows, doors, front entrance and soffits will be inspected and brushed where necessary to remove any insect buildup or bees and wasps nests before I even start my machine. Heavy mold and algae will be treated and killed just prior to our oh, so soft-wash cleaning that will engulf your home in our famous "scrubbing bubbles". No high pressure will be used on your home or pool cage. When we clean inside your pool cage or lanai area, this includes all enclosed walls, windows and sliding glass doors. Your deck or pavers will be treated for mold and your patio furniture will be cleaned. We clean under everything, then put everything back. We rinse everything away from the pool so little to no debris enters your pool and everything is pushed out the doors. Your driveway and sidewalks will receive two full passes of pressure washing with a surface cleaner so that every square inch is cleaned evenly, then edged, rinsed and treated with a concrete brightener to eliminate fertilizer and landscaping stains so that six months from now, you won't be seeing zebra stripes because it wasn't cleaned properly.
Award Winning Service and Results!
Now, you no longer have to settle for mediocrity. We have an A+ rating with the BBB and we've consistently rated in the top 2% out of almost 300,000 companies on the largest and most trusted contractor referral service in the U.S. where we've been winning super service awards since 2006. In April of 2013, they sent me an email stating that I was the "top-rated" home and roof cleaning company in the Tampa Bay area! And to be honest, in my humble opinion, since then, we've only gotten better! We recently had a customer that drove right past her home because her roof and driveway were so clean, she didn't recognize her own home! I saw her back up and it was a real LOL moment! Once you use us, your worries about finding someone you can trust will be over. You'll have peace of mind. And you'll never need to look for anyone else again!
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit. Aristotle
