The last thing you want is someone learning on your property. When you're working with high pressure, it doesn't take much to cause damage to paint, powder coatings and wood. That's why we use the lowest pressure possible when cleaning.

Safe Cleaning Solutions

There are many reasons for using safe, biodegradeable, professional grade cleaning agents that are safe for your home's paint, glass and landscaping. All of these surfaces need to be cleaned a little differently. Using the wrong cleaners can remove the powder coating on your gutters and pool cage frame, even dull or permanently streak your paint and glass.

Many surfaces and stains require different cleaning agents and techniques to remove stains that pressure cleaning or soft washing can't touch. But harsh cleaning agents like degreasers or TSP (trisodium phosphate) should NEVER be used on your home because they are not designed for cleaning. They are designed to prepare surfaces for painting which means they can ruin your home's paint leaving it permanently streaked or faded.

Price

An exterior cleaning is generally about 10 - 20% the cost of painting. I know many people will watch YouTube or search online for "cost of pressure washing in Tampa, FL" to get an idea of the cost to clean their home but don't worry, I don't charge $200 to $300 per hour like those guys! Customers are most often pleasantly surprised at our prices. So much so that they often pause and ask if I can add something else to the list.

But it gets better! Because "repeat customers" (customers that clean annually) get an automatic 15% discount. So, as an example; a $300 job would really be $250 and a $450 job would only be $385!

You're probably wondering, "How could it possibly get any better than this?" Am I right? Well, hang on to your hat, because when you refer others, we deduct 10% of their job from your next cleaning! *They simply need to mention your name so we can credit your account.

Insurance

Ahh yes, insurance. Always, always, always make sure you hire someone that is fully insured. I carry a $1,000,000 policy because I believe it is just good business practice to protect my customers as well as myself. Now, some people might not give it a second thought or even care if the person they hire is insured as long as they are getting a low price. But let me tell you, that low price won't mean a thing if that person is injured or causes damage to your property.

Don't be afraid to ask them if they are insured because you must protect yourself. When you hire someone, they should have a general liability insurance policy with a minimum of $300,000 per incident. This way, you'll be protected against claims of bodily injury and property damage as well as any associated defense costs and medical expenses. Not giving any legal advice, I just know that in today's litigious environment, you can't take any chances.

Excellent work done. The roof is spotless (it's white) and looks brand new. We had it cleaned four years ago, but the nearby live oaks are messy.
