Sometimes you may find yourself in need of other types of services or products that I personally do not or cannot provide. I am often asked if I can refer someone for a particular job. So, through the years, I've collected the names and information from local businesses and service providers that I've met on the job, who have impressed me with their honesty, quality of work, expertise and steadfastness in building a reputable name or business for themselves.
I do meet a LOT of fly-by-nighters and yahoos out there. But the names you see below are exactly who I would hire if I needed any of these particular tasks performed. I am always looking for more to give to my customers, because unfortunately, I can only run so low in my pricing before I price myself right out of a job and ultimately right out of business. So, in my quest to offer more to my customers, I've decided to list local businesses and contractors for Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco counties that provide services for which my customers most commonly inquire.
I try to add to them whenever possible but to be honest, there just aren't that many business owners, managers or workers that leave a good impression on me. Most of them are trying to get something for nothing and it always makes me wonder where good old fashioned ethics and the days of feeling good about hard work have gone?
What you will find below are businesses and products that are offered BY my customers TO my customers. Much like a small business exchange club, except without the meetings. It is also serves as a local contracter referral service, except without the cost*. Using this exchange will help us all:
1. help each other get more business
2. keep our advertising expenses down
3. promote only the best local businesses
For a business, there is nothing better than getting FREE business! When you don't have to pay for advertising, you can be more competitive in pricing. I do in fact, obtain the bulk of my business from this website, utilize a limited budget of less than $100 per month for internet advertising (see next paragraph) and of course my favorites, word-of-mouth and referrals. (Though not necessarily in that order.) For all of the contractors and business owners listed below, I have had ZERO complaints and I DO talk to my customers about their work and professionalism. If they do get any complaints, they are removed. Pretty simple. And to be frank, not too many businesses or business owners can stand this type of scrutiny.
If you type in "pressure washing" or "roof cleaning" you will usually find us on the first page of Google or Yahoo listed under "local services" so you too can get more exposure for your business cheaper than through local newsletter advertising. I say this because peope who hire me are often are the movers and shakers of our communities and are always doing and getting more done, such as rebuilding, upgrading, etc. So, by all means, if you are a previous customer and you have a service, business or product that you would like to offer to my other customers, please let me know and I'll get you on here pronto. AND if you have a website, perhaps we can link up our sites or we can help or service each other's customers, which can be good for all involved.
